Your H1B is tied to your current company. If your new employer wants to hire you, they have to file a separate H1B for you.
So your answer should be. "I need H1B sponsorship to work."

I always carry a letter from Employer and I was asked once at Chicago. The letter says I am employed from this day, my job title, salary, visa status and they expect me to return to the employment after the trip. Hope this helps.

My attorney sent me G-325A to fill up. It has 4 similar pages, where you need to enter your information. Now, my question is do I need to fill out all four pages with my information, and then fill out another 4 pages with my wife's info?

I am planning to apply for NIW based on my HPSA work location.
My attorney is stating that I need to change work contract to 5 years instead of 3 years for the same. According to him, I can add in the contract that this extention of contract is at discretion of employee after 3 years and it will not damage the interests of my employer.
Since I do not want to work after 3 years with my employer, is this contract language safe for me?
Also is it possible to swelf petition for NIW?

My wife has similar situation, found some scars and further so many tests (sputums, broncoscopy) done and all were negative. And as a precautionary measure, she took 9 months INH medication.
Meeting with Civil surgeon to fill out the new I693 form again with all the details as requested by USCIS via a RFE. Back in 2007 the civil surgeon just marked as abnormal xray and patient under complaint and care. So, USICS asked for the follow-up details, medication taken and a clearance from civil surgeon stating that there is no active TB and no further evaluation required.
Will keep posted. Any others in similar situation?

I hope this is a winner, I really liked Minolta cause they ALWAYs gave the most camera at the best price. And their film cameras always screamed of class!
Lets hope this camera can live up to my expectations, I just don't know how that image stabilization will work.

I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. NOW IF I GET FULL TIME JOB WITH OTHER EMPLOYER (other field)AND IF I WORK LESS HOURS (means I get under pay than showed in labor) WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER, WILL I BE IN TROUBLE? Wanted to know if there is any limitation on H4B visa date for coming in to US. My wife's H4B visa ends on Sep28 2009, she will travel and will be back on 28th Aug 2009. Is there any problem since its only 1 month from expiry.
In the meantime I will apply for an H1b extension.

And there were two people last month here who had theirs brought down to EB3 from EB2 (inspite of having an I-140 notice that said EB2)! Got them more than a month to rectify that.
